If you're like me, you hate having your picture taken. So, I know how you feel and will work with you to enjoy your shoot. If you're the opposite of me, you're going to have fun. You should probably know that my eye sight is awful and I shoot without my glasses on (hate having the frame in the camera viewer). So, I rely on colors and shapes. I have always have music playing and for all of those who know me, I love to exchange conversation with people. Next thing you know, we're having fun. I have two rules in my photo studio, three if you are a woman.
Rule #1: We must have fun.
Rule #2: Never do what you don't want to do. You run the show!
Rule #3: We always finish our shoots with a great big hug. Let your husband/boyfriend know about it!
My reputation is very important to me and the reason that I'm in this business is because of this website and from word of mouth. So, I must be doing something right! In the past and present, many of my customers have sent me e-mails of recognition after their session with me. Some are very important to me and I kept them. Surfers have also visited my site and expressed their compliments concerning my work and when it comes from my fellow photographers, I kinda value them a little more than the general viewer.

I'm proud of my work and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Keep in mind that every time I have the camera in my hand, is my favorite moment of the day because I live my life long dream and I get to share it with you

Hey there Norm,

How's life treating you? If all goes well, I should give birth to a health baby of my own this spring. The pictures you took of S... were so good, I may wanna have some taken as well. When we re-cap'd after our photo session, you said something that stuck with me ever since. I don't remember your exact words but it went along the lines of my being "afraid of being beautiful". You can't begin to imagine the impact of those few words. Don't get me wrong, it was a positive impact! It made me realize a lot of things about myself. The session was liberating in more ways than one. Thanks again!

I. S.

(from a photographer) OK first off.  JESUS CHRIST!    'scuse my French.  You've only been shooting for 3 years?!  And your this good?  Your a fucking genius!  Holy Shit!  I doubt I'll ever be able to get my face off the floor now.

  Hello,

I came across your site today and I was completely taken away by your photography, especially "1 woman 1 sheet". I am an amateur photographer and I have to say you are now my mentor.... your work is just breath taking and I hope to be that good some day. Thank you for sharing such wonderful things to view .. my heart really melted.

Bonjour Norm,

Merci encore Norm Edwards.

hi Norm, How are you? I'm just writing to say thank you very much for yesterday on behalf of S... and I. We had a great time! It was an experience and I learned a lot about myself and what I am capable of. Thanks you for that! If you ever need a couple of girls for a project of yours of just for fun- we're the ones!! Sincerely, E... & S...

  Dear Norm,

Thank you so much for putting up with us yesterday! I know that my three year old daughter can be a hand full, but I love her just the way she is. By the way, I love the nickname "tornado"...She was still talking about you and your cats this morning. I truly enjoyed taking the pictures. You made me feel very comfortable and I guess part of me must be a little bit of an exhibitionist to have felt that at ease!

I would like to help you out any way I can with your book. I don't know how much time you would require me to give, but let's begin by talking and we`ll take it from there. I'm very anxious to see the pics you've chosen. Will you be e-mailing them to me?

H. A.

  Dear Norm,

Again...Thank you for making me feel and look sexy. You made me appreciate my body and I'm glad I did this. These will be wonderful mementos of my youth. The time you put into your work is reflected by its quality. I love the wallpaper, and so does my husband! Our next step is choosing a few (if that's possible)  of the pics we'd like to have printed.

Affectionately,
H.

This is one of the nicest & most comprehensive photography sites I've seen. Great work. Wish I was still in a position of turning art directors onto new photographers.

Good luck with everything.

Your work is awesome Norm! You have incredible range. It's like you're several different photographers all wrapped up in one. I've got you saved to my tracker favs and I check her often. If you ever need someone around your studio to hold the lights, sweep the floor or take out the trash I'll be glad to oblige just to get a chance to learn! That and visit Canada for the 1st time... LOL.

Really, thanks for sharing your work! It's very inspirational to an amateur like myself!

  Hello Norm,

Well... I'm not sure if you remember me because i basically fell off the face of the earth for a while but my name is T...L....  You took some pictures of me a while ago and I almost died in the "elevator"  AHHHHHHH... now I'm sure you remember!  ha! ha! I TRULY wanted to thank you for the amazing job you did with my pictures because I don't feel that I had the chance to do so before, we pretty much lost contact directly after that and I feel pretty badly.  My boyfriend absolutely loved them and still appreciates them to this day!!! I want to thank you for the amazing job that you did and apologize for the headaches I must have caused.  Your a fantastic photographer/artist and I will never forget the patience and kindness you showed towards me.

Thank You!

T. L.

This is me again. Your prices are too low for your outstanding work. If you come to California, you can get 2-3 times more

Dear Mr Edwards,

Thank you for the beauty you share with all of us (your work), when it comes to women secret is passed…I have the feeling that you understand them through your work. I can’t afford your services for the moment, but will keep in projects. It gives me strength to see that, it’s possible to make it, your talent can’t be denied, you inspired me for the rest of the week!.

Best regards

Christelle

Dear Norm,

I would like to tell you that I enjoyed working with you immensely on this Cameos project. I feel that I've been offered a tremendous opportunity to work on a production that embodies quality, drive and FUN.  It was a true pleasure to be part of such a professional working group that gels so well. You were always so supportive and respectful of my work, and I appreciate that. I am really looking forward to seeing the fruits of our labour when Cameos publishes. How exciting.

Watching your constant motion, the churning of ideas with the photography and witnessing your charm with the "Cameos" ladies was a joy to observe. I know that your skills really brought out the best in participants and you should know that is a rare ability. I never saw the people in front of the camera appear stressed. They always looked together and assured of what was going to happen next. And much is attributed to your efforts. What a genuine soul you are too.  Beyond a "therapy" session, your advance little meetings with the ladies, got to the gut of that person and told them they were in good hands. When many ladies arrived with their nerves in their throats, your gentle touch gave them a soft place to fall.

I've certainly taken away some lessons on areas that I can improve upon in my makeup services both in terms of technique and time management.  I hope to offer you an even more polished performance should I have the good fortune to be invited back in the next session as your key artist.

Also thank Jean. He was so sweet to cart around my equipment for me! He is also a sweetheart.

With respect and affection,

Colette (make up artist / hair stylist - Toronto)

Dan, the fantastic artist that has created all of the wallpapers that I've been giving you for free has written this most humbling test about me. I truly appreciate him for those kind worlds.
